Bingo Montesilvano (PE)

Allstar, one of our main clients, has commissioned us to create the Admiral Bingo in Montesilvano.

The renovation was complete and 360-degree, with all mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and special systems, as well as all internal fixtures, being completely rebuilt.

A client of ours since 2016, Allstar relies on us for the creation of such structures throughout Italy due to our management and coordination capabilities combined with great problem-solving skills and the ability to devise solutions for any problem that may arise from our managers.

The work was completed in 180 days and delivered within the requested timeframe.

Rust Club, Monterosi (VT)

Event location for private events completed in one month, fully equipped with all necessary services for any type of event, preparation area, bar corner, quality audio system, LED lighting, and a modern yet comfortable and elegant design.

Bingo e Sport Bar Via Giovanni Capranesi, Roma (RM)

Unique renovation work of a complete 360-degree Bingo, Slot Room, and Sports Bar in Rome, Via Giovanni Capranesi.

All mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and special systems, as well as all internal fixtures, were completely rebuilt.

The work was completed in 180 days and delivered within the requested timeframe.

Inaugurated in March 2024, with numerous positive feedbacks received.

Villa Bassano Romano (VT)

New construction of a private villa, in a quiet and scenic area in the countryside of Bassano Romano (VT), with a large area (700 sq m) built in one year using high-quality materials and luxury finishes. Complete with hammam and all the most modern technologies in terms of systems.

Tour&Taxi Bruxelles

Complete, turnkey renovation of cutting-edge offices in one of the most beautiful and innovative structures in Brussels.

Tour&Taxi, the former river customs building of the Belgian capital, has now become, after a complete restyling, a hub for companies and emerging green startups.

GF Group played a role in the rebirth of this site by renovating one of the ten facilities, following the project by Arch. Romano P. Barile and overseeing all phases of the project.

Work included: drywall, painting, glass walls, design and supply of furnishings, systems and lighting upgrades, carpet and synthetic grass installation.

The renovation lasted 120 days, and the result was widely appreciated by the client and visitors.

Hotel Midas

Total restoration of the facades of one of the largest and most famous hotels in the Capital, Design and supply of 4 emergency staircases

Restoration of the hotel's old parapets and repainting them.

Creation of scenic facade lighting and balcony lighting.

Playcity, Arsago Seprio (VA)

Turnkey renovation of Playcity, from initial demolition to final project delivery.

Construction work was carried out, including hydraulic, electrical, and special systems, supply of fixtures, doors, and glass walls.

Work completed in just two months, with numerous positive feedbacks received.

Showroom Ceramiche Galassia
Fabrica di Roma (VT)

One of our most successful works is the Galassia Ceramics Showroom, a significant ceramics company from the small town near our headquarters.

All construction and system works were completed for the renovation of the premises, including the large decorative pool and the complete landscaping of the external area.

Hotel Bernini, Piazza Barberini Roma

One of the most exclusive and famous hotels in the capital, overlooking the stunning Barberini Square in the heart of the Capital, chose GF Group for the complete room restyling, reinstallation of electrical systems in the rooms, and entire revision of the HVAC systems.

The renovation was total and included painting, marble bathroom renovation with new sanitary fixtures, parquet restoration, and wallpaper installation.

The work was divided into 3 steps, with each step involving the renovation of two floors consisting of 24 rooms each in the month of July.

In a total of 180 days spread over 3 years, we renovated the entire hotel, which had 144 rooms and suites.

Hotel Midas Roma - Systems

Concurrently with the work on the building envelope, we also created a new condominium system to serve the Hotel.

A 2 Megawatt Daikin hydronic system was installed, with 3 machines of 650KW each placed on the roof.

The old boilers and the new medium voltage cabin with transformer were replaced.

Everything was followed by testing with service centers and system activation.
