SOA

SOA CERTIFICATION

The SOA Certification is the mandatory certification for participation in public works tenders, a document necessary and sufficient to prove, during the bidding process, the company's ability to directly or through subcontracting execute public works with a base bid amount exceeding €150,000.00; it certifies and guarantees that the construction company possesses all the requirements provided by the current Public Works Contracts legislation.

The SOA Certification is valid for five years (provided its validity is verified in the third year after initial issuance) and is issued following a validation investigation of documents produced by the company, referring to the last ten years of the company's activity (ten years of works and the best five exercises among the last ten) by specific Certification Bodies, or companies authorized to operate by the Public Contracts Supervision Authority (AVCP).

The SOA Certification qualifies the company to contract works by categories of works and price ranges.
